Broker terms
These broker terms apply to broker, brokerage, adviser, and intermediary use of the BuyABusiness Ltd marketplace operated by Thought Council.
Broker access
Broker access is controlled by the platform team. Applications, profiles, account permissions, package access, and managed listings may be reviewed before or after account creation.
Authority and accuracy
Brokers must have authority to represent any business they submit and must keep listing details, contact information, pricing, trading summaries, and supporting information accurate and not misleading.
Confidentiality and conduct
Broker-managed enquiries should be handled professionally and confidentially. Brokers must not use the marketplace for spam, misleading approaches, unauthorised data use, or requests for inappropriate sensitive information.
Billing and platform action
Broker packages and billing arrangements are handled through the relevant plan, checkout, dashboard, or support workflow. BUYABUSINESS LTD may refuse, archive, withdraw, or restrict broker content or access where standards are not met.
